Celery Juice

Try the celery juice home remedy. Celery is called one of the best healing foods for people. The reason is that it is high in sodium content and it also alkalizes the human body. This will help you with the stiffness and inflation of your back. Put the celery in a juicer by itself and make a juice to drink out of it. If you don’t have a juicing machine just eat the celery plain. You should do this twice a day for two weeks and it should help relieve you from your back pain.

Use the elevating-your-legs natural cure for back pain. Lie down on the floor and elevate your legs by pulling your legs up and over the arm of a chair or sofa. Obesity goes hand-in-hand with back pain.  Many people experience back pain that may not even exist if it wasn’t for being overweight and putting too much excess strain on their back.  Diet and lifestyle can help to correct this situation.  First with diet; you should avoid unhealthy fats and concentrate on vegetables and fruits.  Some important vegetables include:  cauliflower, lettuce, and cabbage.  Also, you should make sure that your diet provides you with the important vitamins and minerals.  Some of the more critical ones include:  Vitamin C, Vitamin D, phosphorus, and calcium.  You should also include enough protein and complex carbohydrates.  The protein helps with the strengthening of the back muscles and the complex carbohydrates provide fuel for the body.  You should also abstain from caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol.
