Baking Soda Home Cure

By dissolving two tablespoons of baking soda into eight ounces of water and using it as a gargle is one of the best home cures for bad breath. After you have let the baking soda dissolve take a swig of the mixture and gargle it like a mouth wash (you might have to gargle two or three times to empty the glass). Once you have gargled the baking soda, your odorous breath should be gone.  You should do this three times a day after every meal or more if you need it. 



You can always try the sunflower home treatment if you are experiencing stinky breath. After you have eaten a meal you should chew on some sunflower seeds and drink eight to sixteen ounces of water while chewing on the seeds. A good natural treatment for bad breath is drinking un-sweetened hot tea. Just by having one cup every morning and every night you should be able to rid yourself of bad breath in no time. Make sure that the tea is not caffeinated and is un-sweetened so that this can work. 


Lemon Natural Remedy for Bad Breath

Go to the store and buy a bag of lemons and bring them home to make a gargle to cure your halitosis. Once a day take one lemon and cut it into fourths and squeeze the juice into a cup, then add eight ounces of water to the juice and stir. After the juice and water have been mixed, gargle the water and spit. Pineapple Juice

Just by drinking one eight ounce glass of pineapple juice twice on a daily basis will help get rid of any bad breath that you might be experiencing. You should drink one of the glasses in the morning right after you get up and the other right before you go to bed. The citrus acid will help get rid of plaque that is on your teeth and help prevent it from sticking to your teeth. Make sure to drink the pineapple juice after you have brushed your teeth. Zinc Home Cure for Bad Breath

People who have bad breath tend to not get enough zinc in their diet. In a way the apple cleanses your mouth leaving it fresh and clean.  Eating the apple after a meal is the best way for this to work so pack it with your lunch and have it as an afternoon snack.
