Herbal Tea Natural Remedy for Bloating

The best home remedy for bloating is to drink herbal teas.  The different types of teas that would be a good choice here would include:  peppermint, basil, ginger, and chamomile.  You can also take some clove oil or eucalyptus oil and add a few drops to a glass of water.  It would be helpful to wake up in the morning and start your day with a drink containing one of these herbs, or oils.  These drinks will help with your digestion and release extra gas buildup

You can take one teaspoon of ground cinnamon and add this to water, then boil it.  If you need to sweeten it up, just add little honey.

When you drink beverages, take your time and don’t use a straw.   You should also know that if you chew sugarless gums with artificial sweeteners like sorbitol and xylitol; they increase the chance of you becoming bloated.  You need to stay as relaxed as you can.  When you are feeling stress you increase stress hormones that cause the colon and stomach to spasm.  This will also increase bloating.  You might need to look at the effects of certain foods.  Broccoli, Brussels’ sprouts, and beans are common foods that will produce gas.
