High Blood Pressure Home Remedies

As a good home remedy for high blood pressure, I recommend that you try an herb called barberry to help bring your high blood pressure down to a normal and safe level.

***

There is a combination of herbs that you can take together as a remedy to help maintain your blood pressure to safe and normal levels.  These herbs are hyssop, ginseng, and hawthorn.

***

I suggest that you eat bananas and whole wheat bread as a way to help maintain and balance your sodium levels, and subsequently your blood pressure levels as well.

***

You should try and take some dolomite and water to restore normal levels.

***

You should pay attention to the kind of diet you have.  You need to maintain a healthy diet that shuns foods with lots of sugar, and salt.   Also, you need to avoid processed foods, and meats.  It’s also important to avoid any dairy products.

***

Each day you need to maintain a routine of exercising.  This not only helps keep blood pressure down, but is great for your overall health.

***

There is an herb you can take to help keep you relaxed and consequently help keep your blood pressure at the proper level. It is valerian root.  You can get it at most grocery stores, and definitely at the health food stores.

***

If you are in need of a good home remedy for normalizing your blood pressure level, there are a few herbs out there that should be of some help.  Try taking some cayenne, passion flower, and garlic to treat your condition.  I think you’ll see some good results.  You can get these herbs at your local health food store.

If your blood pressure is too high, and you want to immediately lower it; then, get a lemon and quarter it up and suck on a piece.

***

Whenever my blood pressure is too high, I take a very warm bath.  I stay in for at least 20 minutes, just relaxing.  In this amount of time my systolic pressure is reduced by at least 15 mmHZ.

If your blood pressure is too high and you need some help I have some information to share.  I know of a home remedy that can take away this problem.  You need to get hold of some Drumstick Tree skin (Moringa oleiferal) and squeeze it.  Take 30 ml of what you have squeezed and add this to 30ml of honey.  Take this for three successive days in the morning time.  Don’t go beyond the three days until 15 days have elapsed then repeat this process as needed.  Again, for three days in a row, then wait 15 days before repeating three days in a row if necessary.

This is a home remedy that will definitely take care of your high blood pressure.

Most people who experience high blood pressure area lacking in magnesium.  This is a very important mineral that is vital and unfortunately most Americans are deficient in their amount.  Take a magnesium supplement for several months.

I heard of a remedy that I’ll share with you.  I was told to drink a concoction consisting of two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with one tablespoon of honey, and to add this to your favorite beverage.  You are supposed to drink this once daily.  I’ll let you know if this works for me!

If you are experiencing dizzy symptoms, and it seems like your blood is rushing to your head; I have a couple suggestions.  First, take a relaxing warm shower.  Follow this by lying down on your back with your head flat, not using a pillow.  Do this so that your head is at the same level as your heart.  Also do this in a dark and quiet room.  Try to stay calm and breathe deeply.

Often people who experience high blood pressure are those who are overweight or obese.  When someone is overweight, they usually have a lot more hypertension and thus high blood pressure.  However, even if a person loses only half of their extra weight, they can restore their normal blood pressure.  A person should try to lose all the extra weight they can; but, whatever amount they do lose is going to be helpful in lowering high blood pressure.

You may be able to reduce your blood pressure by reducing your salt intake.  Some people are considered to be salt sensitive.  This means that the amount of salt they include in their diet could have an impact on their blood pressure level.  If you think you might be salt sensitive, try going on a low sodium diet and see what effect this has on your blood pressure.  It is recommended to cut down to about five grams of salt daily.  This is about half of what the average American uses in their diet.  Often times when someone reduces their salt intake, they discover that they actually don’t find a need to have as much salt as they previously used in their diet.  And, of course this is healthier for them.

***

It is well known that alcohol consumption is linked with high blood pressure.  If you have hypertension, you shouldn’t drink a lot.  If you drink more than one or two drinks a day, you’re probably going to start experiencing problems.

***

If you are experiencing high blood pressure here is a good home remedy.  You need to avoid isometric exercising like weight lifting.  This type of exercise could cause your blood pressure to temporarily shoot up really high.  Aerobic exercise is preferred and actually recommended.  There are various types of aerobic exercises that are good to do.  You can do things like go for a walk, ride a bike, or go swimming.  When you do aerobic exercise your blood pressure rises and when you finish it goes back down.  Then the next time the pressure rises, it’s not as high.  This demonstrates the value of aerobic exercise.  Just make sure to start slow and gradually increase over time.

It has been proven in studies that people who are vegetarians, have lower blood pressure than the rest of the main population.  They have 10 to 15 mm Hg. lower for the diastolic and systolic pressures.  So if you have high blood pressure you may consider the vegetarian diet.
