Diarrhea Home Remedies & Natural Cures

Avoid Allergic

Food allergies can cause chronic diarrhea.  The offending foods should be identified and removed from one’s diet.  In the early stages of diarrhea, food of any kind should be avoided.  Liquids should be taken in ample quantities and this can include vegetable and fruit juices.  Follow this with cooked fruits, yogurt and soups.  Avoid all fats and fried foods.  It may be necessary to take mineral and vitamin supplements to replace nutrients that have been lost.
