Halitosis Home Remedies & Natural Cures

Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide used as a mouth wash before brushing your teeth is a nice home remedy for halitosis. Since hydrogen peroxide is rather harsh you will want to mix a couple capfuls of the peroxide with equal amount of water. Also, use this peroxide mixture before your brush your teeth because the hydrogen peroxide can be quite drying to the skin inside of your mouth and brushing your teeth will help to hydrate your mouth again. The hydrogen peroxide will kill the bacteria in your mouth just remember to dilute the peroxide with water.
