All Fruit Diet

There are lots of different problems that can arise with monthly menstruation.  These problems are typically systemic, meaning that you have to treat your body's system in its entirety, instead of looking to treat individual symptoms.  Treat your entire system by undertaking an overhaul of your diet.  You should first start by going on an all-fruit diet that should last about five days.  If you are currently underweight when starting the all-fruit diet, try adding a glass of milk to each meal.  By changing your diet and eating all fruit, you are essentially “re-setting” your body and allowing your body to grow accustomed to healthy eating.
