One way you can get rid of your migraine headaches is by using Evening Primrose Oil. The cold will help constrict your blood vessels which will cause them to return to their normal size. Take one soft ice pack and wrap it in a towel. Place the ice pack on your forehead for thirty seconds then move it to your temples for thirty seconds then move it back. Keep doing this for three minutes to relieve yourself of your migraine.

Henna flowers are one of the oldest and most effective remedies for curing migraines. When you are suffering from migraines take some of these flowers and dip them in vinegar and then rub the flower against your forehead. Doing this remedy will give you instant relief from your migraines.

Niacin can make your face flush which is really normal. Taking between 300 and 500 milligrams of niacin at the onset of a migraine will truly help you heal quickly. Niacin is also very inexpensive.

I take Ginkgo Biloba extract daily to help avoid migraines. This treatment has been proven to work efficiently at keeping migraines away and possibly eliminating them for good. Taking Ginkgo Biloba has made a huge difference in my life. The Ginkgo Biloba increases the blood circulation which gives you relief from the migraine. This works best when you take one hundred and twenty milligrams of this before each meal every day.
