Castor oil mixed in with almond milk is one way of curing your stomach ulcer. Castor oil can give your stomach lining the support it needs to start healing from an ulcer and you can also get some pain relief at the same time. Just by adding ten to twelve drops of castor oil to your almond milk for two weeks will help heal your ulcer. You can also use a castor oil heat pack on your stomach to help relieve pain. Just take a castor oil soaked wash cloth and cover your stomach area where you are experiencing pain. Add one handful of Beal leaves to eight ounces of water and let them soak for an hour. Then place the mixture over a low flame and bring them to a slow boil. Let it boil for ten straight minutes before removing them from the heating source. Then leave the tea for five minutes so that it can cool off before you drink it. Wood apple is a very good herb to use when you need to solve a peptic ulcer problem. Stick a half ounce of wood apple leaves into 8 ounces of water before you go to bed. At night soak eight ounces of almonds in some water then in the morning remove the almonds from the water and peel off the shells. Fenugreek is best consumed as a tea and can be easily be made. All it takes is two tablespoons of fenugreek added in with eight ounces of boiling water. Let it boil for 10 minutes then let it cool and drink.
