Here is a home remedy for weak eyes and bad eyesight. First look with your eyes up and to the left then down and to the right. Then up and to the right and down and to the left. Then straight up and straight down. Next horizontally side to side. Now rotate eyeballs counter clockwise and then do it clock wise. Do each of these movements at least 12 times. Do this every day and you will be surprised at the improvement. This is a technique from hatha yoga.
A comforting home remedy to tired or weak eyes is a fairly simple remedy. You boil a cup of water and add some fennel seed until it has reduced by half. Take the fennel seeds out and use the solution as an eye wash.
Soak a half garlic clove in some rose water and then use as eye drops.
If you eat cardamom seeds added to a tablespoon of honey every day can really help your eyes.
Another recipe that includes cardamom is as follows: Use a couple small pieces of cardamom. Crush them and dissolve the powder in milk. Boil the milk and then drink it at night before you go to bed.
