Wrinkles Home Remedies

 

 

There have been a number of great studies done on Beta Glucan.  It works wonders on skin and wrinkles.  It used to be very expensive but in the past few years, there have been technological breakthroughs and the price has come down considerably.  Beta Glucan is a complex glucose molecule(s) that are natural to our bodies.  You can read about it in a booklet called What Is Beta Glucan? by Roger Mason and he sells a good Beta Glucan cream through his on line company Young Again. As a home remedy to help reduce wrinkles apply coconut oil daily on area on body where you see wrinkles.

I found this really unusual remedy for wrinkles. It is a tonic you make at home out of 2 tablespoons of each of the following ingredients: vodka, fennel seeds and honey. You let this tonic sit for a few days preferably 3, then you strain out the seeds and apply to the wrinkled areas on your face or body. It is used like a toner.

For an internal remedy for reducing wrinkles I have been eating raw shredded ginger with about a tablespoon with honey each day. Ginger is also wonderful for your digestive system.

After eating a pineapple save the middle part or core and use it on your face. It is a fantastic wrinkle remedy and feels great on your skin. I keep it on for about 15 minutes a day.

Another great idea for reducing wrinkles and also puffiness under eyes is to freeze small spoons at night and in the morning softly place them under your eyes. I have also used ice cubes but much prefer the frozen spoons.

For a wrinkles home remedy I have found that pure rosehip oil on my face where I see wrinkles really helps. It also feels very soothing.

A wonderful wrinkle cream can be made out of adding powdered vitamin C with bioflavonoids to whatever cream you usually apply to your face each evening. You will see results!

Many people even celebrities use Preparation H around the eyes. It can stings some but it works.

For wrinkles it is really important to drink a lot of water throughout the day, preferably the recommended dosage of 8 glasses a day, and also applying honey to wrinkles and then rinsing with warm water. Honey is very soothing and hydrating.

When applying make- up or lotions to face remember to apply with an up and outward motion because gravity pulls skin down.
