Excessive Sweating Natural Remedies



All my life I have had to change my clothes two to three times a day, avoid direct sunlight or warm places if possible.  Too many times I’ve been in a room and was desperate for the air conditioning to be turned on; even as everyone else was just fine.   After dealing with this condition forever, I have finally found a natural remedy for excessive sweating.  It’s so simple, just go to your local pharmacy and purchase a bottle of 200 mg magnesium citrate.  Take this each morning after you get up and before long the excessive sweating will be a thing of the past.


Sage has the ability to calm the nerve fibers that produce sweating.  Sage will start reducing perspiration after a couple of hours from drinking sage juice, taking a tincture or drinking tea.  The effect will last for several days.  Boil two cups of water and add about twenty sage leaves (about 4 tablespoons ground).  Simmer for five minutes and then strain it and drink. This is one of the best home remedies for excessive sweating.


To restrain excessive sweating, mix one tablespoon of valerian, five tablespoons of sage leaves and one tablespoon of horsetail herb.  Put 1 tablespoon of this mixture in a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes.  Then drink one cup everyday or as required.


Astralgus will decrease sweating and tune the sweat response by decreasing or increasing sweating as needed.  This is one of the best excessive sweating natural remedies.


I have a simple natural remedy for excessive sweating.  For many years I‘ve sweated profusely under my arms.  I have always had to change shirts two to three times a day.  I could only wear cotton material or I would break out in rashes and suffer irritation from the sweat.  Then, a neighbor told me about using lime as an underarm deodorant.  Since I started using it, my excessive underarm  sweating has gone away.

I have a great natural remedy for treating excessive sweating.  If you take apple cider vinegar and raw organic honey three times a day on an empty stomach, and thirty minutes prior to eating or going to bed; you’ll be shocked and excited with the results.  The profuse sweating will disappear, and your metabolism will be speeded up.  This approach works like a miracle!
