Gall Bladder Problems Natural Treatments and Remedies

I’ve had problems with gall stones in the past, and I learned about diet and how it can help.  Since I’ve switched to more of a high fiber diet, I haven’t had any gall stone problems.  So, each morning I have a bowl of high-fiber cereal.  I have cut out the sugar snacks and doughnuts, and am doing much better.  I’ve also heard that it’s not good to skip breakfast or go a long time before eating.

I’m a woman and have found out that I am very susceptible to developing gall stones.   I’ve researched this and found some advice on how to avoid this from happening.  I have now changed my diet to include a healthy amount of beans, lentils, nuts, peas, and oranges.   These are foods that can really help prevent you from getting gall stones.  This can help everyone; but, especially women who are prone to this condition.

If you want to do a gall bladder natural treatment at home; just make sure to take in a lot of vitamin C.  I’ve been doing this for years and haven’t had any more gall stone attacks.

For those of you tired of getting painful gall stones; I have a natural remedy.  If you eat lots of salmon, this will help you.  Salmon has omega-3 fatty acids that will help with gall stone problems.  You can also take flax seed oil – you’ll get the omega-3s and none of the mercury.

I had all kinds of problems with my gall bladder and getting gall stones.  Finally, a good friend of mine suggested that I make vegetables a huge part of my diet.  I followed her advice and noticed a difference.   If you are having gall bladder problems, give this a chance.   I’ve actually heard that being a vegetarian is great; but, I haven’t gotten there yet.  It is supposed to reduce the cholesterol in the bile which somehow lowers the risk of gall stones.   Either way you choose; vegetables appear to be important to have.

I have the best of all home remedies for gall bladder problems.  Just sit at home and turn on the ball game or music and get yourself a little wine or beer.   Sit back and enjoy and relax knowing that you are helping yourself to lower your risk of getting gall stones.  I was told this after having a gall stone attack last month.  I just have to make sure that I’m having only a small amount to drink!

If you’ve been having problems with your gall bladder; one of the best ways to help with these problems is to make sure that you get enough exercise.  I’ve been told that just by exercising, I am able to cut down on the risk of getting gall stones in half.  Not only this; but, exercise helps your whole overall health and how you feel.

After reading about various natural treatments for gall bladder problems; the one that stuck with me was about being overweight.  I guess even if you’re only ten pounds overweight this can increase the chance that you develop gall stones.  One article I read said that even ten pounds can double your risk of getting gall stones.  So, my advice is to work out and eat right and get in the best shape you can.

You can increase your risk of getting gall stones by the way you go on diets.  If you lose too much too quickly, you put yourself at risk.  When you want to shed some pounds, you need to do it slowly.  Also, when you lose weight real fast, you increase the chance of gaining it right back.

If you want to help yourself in regard to gall bladder problems; then don’t eat too much.  If you eat too much you make it hard on your digestive system and you can become obese.  Obesity has been connected with gall bladder problems.

This is a great home remedy for gall bladder problems.  It can actually be very simple to lower your risks of gall stones and related problems.  When you are cooking your meals; steam your foods instead of frying them.  Never use butter, vegetable oil, or margarine, if you can avoid it.  Instead use oils like coconut, virgin olive oil, or grape seed oil.  These oils are more heat tolerant and will be better to use.  So, again, if you can steam your food, and when frying; use a non-stick pan without using any oils.   If you cook your food this way, you will be putting less stress on your gall bladder and liver.
