Kidney Infection Natural Cures, Home Remedies & Treatments

Vinegar & Honey

I have a wonderful natural remedy for kidney infections that I’ll gladly pass on.  I work at a store where an elderly Chinese man who teaches philosophy at a local college is a frequent customer.  He also owns a small Apothercary.  It was from him that I’ve got this remedy.  He warned that it wasn’t pleasant to take; but, that it would work.

Here is his recommendation:  take eight ounces of hot water and add one tablespoon of vinegar, and one tablespoon of honey.  You take this drink and mix it thoroughly before slowly drinking it three times a day until the symptoms go away.  You need to drink this slowly and not throw it up.  Take small sips if need be.

Lemon

I awoke in terrible pain from a kidney infection coming on and called in sick to work.  I’m trying my own natural cure for this kidney infection.  What I’m doing is to combine concentrated lemon juice with hot tea or water.  I add about two tablespoons of lemon juice to eight ounces of water or tea.  The lemon juice will help to cleanse my liver and kidney, and help with UTI’s.  Right now, I’ve drank three glasses, and I’m already feeling some relief.

I have a home remedy for kidney infection that has been passed down from my grandmother.  My grandmother didn’t go to a doctor until she was 86 years of age.  I’m 60 years old, and she has been far healthier than I.  Grandmother’s remedy consisted of one half teaspoon of baking soda mixed in with one eight ounce glass of water.  She said to drink this three to four times a day until it clears up.  Usually, it was just a matter of a few days and it would work.  You can trust me with this remedy as our family doctor was always impressed with grandmother’s remedies and could explain why they would work.

I recently had a couple of kidney infections that I had to get antibiotics for.  I could feel another one coming on; so, I decided on a natural treatment for this kidney infection.  First of all, I took a triple strength concentrate of cranberry soft gels two times a day.  Next, I mixed two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one tablespoon of raw honey in a glass of warm water.  I drank this within a minute and repeated this process three to four times a day.  Lastly, I drank a drink of 75% water and 25% cranberry juice mixed together.  I would drink this drink all throughout the day.   After a week of this natural treatment, my kidney infection cleared up.

Hibiscus Tea

I tend to get kidney infections quite often and after having to suffer and eventually learn what helps me; I wanted to share what I’ve found out.  I boil some hibiscus with water at equal portion for around fifteen minutes.  I then strain the hibiscus leaves from the liquid and drink this for three to four days.  This has been a really helpful natural cure for my kidney infections.  Good luck if you give this a try!

Corn Silk

I am going through culinary school and some fellow students from the Philippines told me of a natural remedy for kidney infection.  This was because I had contracted one by drinking too much mountain dew and tea.  They suggested that I take some corn silk and the peel from a pineapple and mix this together.  I tried this formula and it cleared up my kidney infection within two days.
